Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
Approved payment methods available in Bangladesh must be used for deposits and withdrawals on a99. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and the designated minimum and maximum transaction limits apply. a99 reserves the right to verify any transaction to prevent money laundering or illegal financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. A designated processing time applies to withdrawal requests, and funds may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. All financial data is kept secure using encryption.

If such violations are detected, the relevant account will be immediately terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited. a99 reserves the right to involve law enforcement authorities in cases of serious violations.
